Financial company should compulsorily report on a monthly basis on the participants of the investment program in an authorized agency - Department of Immigration and Citizenship of Hungary.
After investing of 300 thousand Euros the investor receives a residence permit valid for six months. General order suggests that a permanent status will be obtained later, which gives the right to stay up to 90 days out of 180 in the Schengen countries. Within two to three years it is possible to obtain Hungarian citizenship.
