Residence permit of Slovenia in executed on the basis of own business availability of the territory of Slovenia
Execution stages:
- The company establishment
- Authorized capital stock and investment contribution payment
- Obtaining of work permit
- Submission of documents for residence permit
- Consideration of an application
- Issuing a residence permit document through the Embassy
- Residence permit registration on the territory of Slovenia and residence registration (the Clients’ personal presence is required)
Important criteria:
- Availability of authorized capital stock in the amount of EUR 7500
- Investment contribution to the company account in the amount of EUR 10000 or 22500 (real estate, vehicles, office supplies, equipment, etc. can be purchased for these funds)
- For the successful residence permit prolongation the company should conduct the minimal business activities
- Furthermore, the residence permit owner should stay on the territory of Slovenia or EU at least 180 days a year.

Annual mandatory payments related to company maintenance:
- Founders’ tax – 250 EUR/month
- Minimal salary – 750 EUR/month
- Accounting services + minimal tax – 170 EUR/month

- Legal address – 170 EUR/month
Validity and prolongation:
- The annual residence permit with annual prolongation during the first 5 years. Issuance of residence permit for a period of three years is possible as a contingency measure at the authority's discretion.
- For the 5th year of residence permit availability – obtaining of permanent place of residence
- The client shall be entitled to apply for citizenship for the seventh year of his/her official staying in Slovenia
Term of fulfillment:
- At investment contribution in the amount of EUR 10000 to 6 months
- At investment contribution in the amount of EUR 22500 1-2 months
