- Submission of documents for German visa
- Receipt of German visa
- Purchase of real estate
- Submission of an application for a residence permit to the address office and to the Department of Immigration
(personal presence of the client is required) - Obtaining of documents for a residence permit
(personal presence of the client is required)
Important criteria:
- Higher education diploma
- Availability of free funds in the banks of Germany
- Availability of real estate in Germany
- Availability of a regular income outside Germany
The possibilities which a residence permit in Germany gives:
- Free travelling in all countries of the Schengen Agreement
- Opportunities of credit granting, including crediting for the purchase of real estate
- Without business activities
The client rights and responsibilities:
- The client is obliged to stay in the territory of Germany in the period of residence permit drawing-up
- The client must personally pay the property taxes and other taxes once in half a year
- The client has no right to apply for job in Germany
- The client has no right to receive German social assistance
Validity and prolongation:
- 1st3 years
- 2ndpermanent residence permit for 5 years
- 3rdin the second year of having a permanent residence permit the client has an opportunity to apply for citizenship obtaining

Payment terms:
- 30%upon signing of the contract
- 35%upon submission of an application for a residence permit
- 35%upon receiving of a positive response
Notes:
- during the period of residence permit validity the client must be registered and reside in the purchased real estate
- during the validity period of residence permit the client has no right to sell or present the purchased real estate
