The client responsibilities:
• The client must personally pay the property taxes and other taxes semiannually
Validity and prolongation:
- 1st3 years
- 2ndpermanent residence permit for 5 years
- 3rdin the second year of having a permanent residence permit the client has an opportunity to apply for citizenship obtaining
The cost of our services:

Payment terms:
- 50%upon signing of the contract
- 30%upon submission of an application for a residence permit
- 20%upon receipt of a residence permit
