- are a well-to-do citizen and have the means that will allow residing in Argentina without the right to work (minimum income - 8000 pesos / month.);
- make cash investment in the development of this or other activity that is beneficial for the country (not less than 1.500.000 pesos);
- are a close relative (spouse, parent or child) of a citizen who has already obtained a residence permit in Argentina;
- draw-up documents to receive education in one of the country's universities and received a formal invitation.
If at least one of these points is met, then, in case the necessary documents are available, you can count on a residence permit in Argentina for 1 year. It can be extended further for the same term already in the territory of the country.
