However, initially, the program was created based on the fact that the main buyers of bonds and applicants for permanent residence in Hungary will be Chinese. But the main investors, according to statistics, now still come from Russia and then by the number of investors are Chinese, and then - the inhabitants of the Arab countries. In this area of Lake Hévíz populated mainly by Russian settlers, since the collapse of the USSR in the country moved about 65-70 thousand people, and on the basis of the latest census 50 thousand people called Russian their native language, said Markelo.

The plus of a permanent residence in Hungary - the country does not require a request of criminal records in another country, as well as all legal procedures can be issued without going to Hungary, through the embassy.

Hungary's main competitors are Bulgaria, Spain and Lithuania. But Bulgaria is not a full-fledged member of the EU and the Schengen area. In Spain there is a requirement to purchase the property. In Lithuania a person must be in the country 90 days during each semester. In addition, the program of the permanent residence in Hungary was originally designed for not very rich entrepreneurs, for those, who can invest in government securities of Hungary a sum, amount of which is 250.000 euro.

The plans of the Government of Hungary for 2014 are to attract 2000 investors and make a profit 0.5 billion euro. Within two months of this year has already filed 90 applications. In this case, the program is not holding risks for Hungary, as all incoming funds are checked for money laundering.

Residential bonds - this is government securities denominated in 250.000 euro and with a maturity of 5 years, recalled Alexander Markelo. At the same time, the summit noted that Russia now does not prohibit, but does not recognize the dual citizenship. That means, the man is not under the sanctions for the presence of the citizenship of another country, but as long as the person does not renounce the citizenship of Russia, he is a Russian citizen, and no one cares how many foreign passports he still has. Most likely, if in the laws of Russia will be made some change, the people there will need to register their citizenship in the relevant services in Russia.

In the State Duma is discussing the idea of additional entering the program "citizenship in exchange for investments" - was noted on the first day of the summit. In this case, experts inform that there was no explosive demand for obtaining a residence permit in Europe for people from Russia in connection with the events around the Crimea and sanctions from the Governmental Department of the USA and the European Union regarding Russia. As a rule, Russian citizens now do not want to leave their country for good, they just want more mobile movement around the world and to do business not only in Russia.
